A major leisure attraction in Tain is of course Tain Golf Course. The club welcomes thousands of visiting players every season. However around the area the leisure opportunities don't stop at golf, and for the non or occasional golfer there are a range of different leisure pursuits to keep you interested.

For the fishing sports folk, the Highlands provides some of the best salmon river and loch beats in Scotland - many of them are within an hour's drive from the hotel. We can advise on day permits. Horse riding and trekking is also a favourite pursuit in the area, and of course for the more relaxed stay, there is a collection of managed country walking routes where you can immerse yourself in the Highland countryside and enjoy your time with the local flora and fauna.
